Growing number of companies are interested in large industrial platforms in the Valencia region

Due to the booming e-commerce and growing distribution centers, more and more companies are showing interest in large industrial platforms in the centrally located Valencia region. From here they serve the Mediterranean area and export abroad. Real estate companies have seen the demand for large industrial plots increase significantly in the past eighteen months. This concerns areas of at least 20 thousand, sometimes as much as 100 thousand square meters. The greatest demand now comes from logistics companies, but producers are also showing increasing interest.
