Corona-update: region of Valencia officially declared a ‘low risk area

The region of Valencia has been officially declared a ‘low risk area’. The number of corona reports in the region of Valencia fell this week to below 50 cases per 100,000 inhabitants. There are currently 44.71 per 100,000 inhabitants, according to the latest report from the Ministry of Health. It is the first time since August 2020 that so few corona infections have been reported over a 14-day period. For that reason, the region is now classified as a “low risk area”.
