Marq, the archaeological museum of the city of Alicante, has approved a summer program of excavations at eight sites. Excavations, starting in July with a budget of 130,000 euros, include the medieval settlement of Pobla d’Ifac in Calpe and the Cova del Randero cave in Pedreguer, as well as underwater prospects in Teulada-Moraira and Benitachell. Due to the Covid measures, there will be fewer volunteers on excavations, and there will be no exchange of tools and equipment.
