Estate agents Costa Blanca: ‘now the ideal time to buy a house’

Inquiries from Costa Blanca radio at several real estate agencies on the Costa Blanca, it appears that now is a good time to buy a house. The inquiry follows the news that over the past year, home sales in Spain have fallen by 17.7%. This is the largest decrease in 11 years and the lowest number of real estate transactions since 2016. The decrease is large for both new and second-hand homes.
