Relaxation of covid measures: 3 out of 10 bars and restaurants at Costa Blanca cannot re-open

The relaxation of anti-covid measures gives the catering industry the opportunity to open terraces. However, three out of ten bars and restaurants on the Costa Blanca cannot take advantage of that relaxation. The reason is that not all catering establishments have outdoor space. At least 2,500 of the 7,700 companies in the province of Alicante have no or insufficient outdoor space.
