Rhinopneumonia virus outbreak among horses in Valencia

The Rhinopneumonia virus has broken out among horses in Valencia. At the CES Valencia, 156 horses were quarantined during a horse show. The international equestrian federation FEI speaks of the “worst outbreak” in decades.
At least 4 horses have died from the virus. Another 84 horses show signs of disease. The International Equestrian Federation has immediately canceled all current and upcoming events.
