Monday it is the 5th of December . “It’s Sinterklaas’s birthday, I’m getting my shoe ready.” Sinterklaas or Saint Nicolas, is an indispensable holiday in the Netherlands. On December 5, many Dutch people celebrate Sinterklaas every year, in the form of ‘package evening’. Not only in the Netherlands and Flanders, but also with us on the Costa Blanca.
