Torrevieja wants to expand: building plan presented

Torrevieja wants to expand. That is why a building plan has recently been presented, including nine flats up to 23 floors high. The developers have presented a plan to build 9 high-rise flats up to 23 stories high in front of Los Naufragos beach. The site is still owned by the municipality. The project developers can buy the site if they meet certain conditions and the building plans are approved.
