The Netherlands is extending the negative travel advice to travel abroad, including Spain, until April 15. The current travel advice ends March 31, but it should be added two weeks. A negative travel advice is not a ban on travel, but everyone is strongly advised against traveling abroad. Booking a trip, also to the Costa Blanca, is a risk, according to the Dutch government.
